As one of the founders of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society Gaynor has a long association with the leisure industry, particularly restaurants and public houses in central London.
She retired from CBRE 7th April 2020 after 18 years (including EA Shaw) service. She now practices on her own account as WARREN WRIGHT ASSOCIATES. She focuses upon rent review, lease renewal and lease restructuring dominently in central London, including Covent Garden, Midtown, City and Southwark.
Gaynor is highly experienced in all contentious Landlord and Tenant arenas. As an experienced expert witness, arbitrator and independent expert she has a wealth of experience that is invaluable in minimising litigation risk.
She is a trained Covid-19 mediator - Independent (informed) Evaluation - applying the Government's code to settle the way forward in the Lanlord & Tenant relationship.
