At rent review or lease renewal, whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant/Occupier, the wrong advice in the current market may lead to lead to financial loss, stalemate in agreeing new rents, and even termination of the lease.

Some of our members specialise in advising Landlords, some advise Tenants and some act for both so they can keep an impartial perspective on both sides of the market! All RPAS members are fully conversant with the nuances of valuing restaurant property - some of our members may even have written the rule book!

On lease renewals RPAS members act for Landlords or Tenants from initial advice through to negotiations and presenting evidence at Court, or to a PACT Appointed Arbitrator / Independent Expert.
